Write Club Returns

The first rule of Write Club… tell everyone about Write Club.

We’re back again after an unanticipated hiatus for a night of poetry & spoken word with a never before seen format. Three team captains, Mark Grist, Charley Genever, and Keely Mills, each with an army of poets, will compete for ultimate glory, and a pint. Will Mark ever win? Find out as Write Club returns!

Each team will have 20 minutes to fill on a theme decided by an audience member. For this event, the theme was decided by a wonderful audience member at the last gig, and will be ‘curiosity’. So that means each poem/performance must be a response to that theme. The best team wins.

Think Fight Club meets a pokemon battle meets a poetry slam. With more booze. See you there yeah?
