Peterborough in World War One with David Gray

Peterborough at War 1914 – 1918 is a history of Peterborough covering both the Home Front and the Military in WW1. This will cover the story of Peterborough through the First World War as seen from  civilian and military aspects.

This is a new book and in view of the significance of 2014 is appropriate to open the 2014 season of authors evenings. It is a companion to a previous book, Peterborough at War 1939 -1945.

David is a military historian and has done much research into the story of Peterborough.

Copies of both books will be available on the night.
