Willow Festival 11-12-13 July 2014

After the huge success of the The Willow Festival in 2013, the live music extravaganza will return in July 2014 with the generous support of Peterborough City Council and TWF’s sponsors.

TWF 2014 will again be a free to enter family orientated live music festival.

The three day event attracted a footfall of 82,000 visitors in 2013 and continues to be the city’s premier arts event showcasing 160 live bands and solo acts. The festival is most probably the largest event of its type and remit in the world today.

The Willow Festival is an event for emerging talent and is focused on unsigned or new acts of all genres, All of the music at the festival is played live. No faking it, miming or boy / girl bands with backing tracks.

We don’t showcase DJ’d or produced non-musician based music, however, live bands will be performing R&B, funk, soul, ska and many other genres. It’s not that we’re against processed music, far from it, it’s just not what we do.

So, if you’re into live music of all types, and put live music above celebrity, this is an event you should love.

The opening times are:
Friday 11th July. 4pm – 11pm.
Sat 12th July. 11am – 11pm.
Sun 13th July. 11am – 11pm.
