If you would you like the confidence to switch your camera off “auto mode” and explore the true artistic potential of those many additional features of your DSLR camera, then this is the workshop for you.   Your  tutor, James Brown, has a wealth of experience as a professional photographer and has taught over 2000 people by breaking down the subject of photography into simple and easy to understand segments.  There is no need to fear a minefield of confusing technical   jargon!

During the first half of the workshop, you will  explore the functions of your DSLR camera, how they work and when to use them as well as   learning the basics of photography.  After lunch, you will go outside and take photographs  using the techniques you have learnt.  The class will be intensive but you will be amazed how much you can learn in just one day.

This day is also suitable for non-beginners wishing to refresh and advance their skills.

Price includes drinks and flapjack!  Please bring a packed lunch if required.
