Lunchtime Recitals at St Johns Church

1pm – St Johns Church, Cathedral Square

45 minute recitals – £3 suggested donations

Totty Teas will be offering teas, coffees and cakes between 11:30 and 2pm.


Tuesday 6th May – James Parsons

RCO, International Concert Organist. Music by Mulet, Mathius, Orr, Vierne, J S Bach.

Tuesday 13th May – Ingrid Cusido

Ingrid Cusido is frequently invited to perform all over the United Kingdom. 

In this piano recital she will present a wide range of repertoire.

Tuesday 20th May – Alexander Eadon

Choir master and Assistant Organist at Oundle School. Music by Preston, JS Bach, Mendelssohn, Howells, Guilmant.

Tuesday 27th May – Nigel Stark

Director of Music and Organist at St Mary’s Church, Stamford. Music by J S Bach, Rheiberger, C P E Bach, Tchaikovsky, Salome.

Tuesday 3rd June – Quentin Thomas 

Director of Music at Oundle School. Organist. Music by Monnikendam, Mendelssohn, Howells, Langlais, Thomas.

Tuesday 10th June – Summer music for flowers, bees and butterflies…


This concert brings the flutes of Patrick Williams, Kate Risdon, Deirdre Culloty and Pippa Wilson, together with pianist Bruce Burbidge in an ensemble showcasing some delightful duet, trio and quartet music. The programme includes Delibes’ beautiful Flower Duet, the breathtaking Flight of the Bumble Bee and the haunting Cantique de Jean Racine.
